The process simulator developed by the CAOS (Control, Learning, and Optimization of Systems) research group at UC3M is an optimization and control software solution funded by FIDAMC and AIRBUS. It was developed for FIDAMC (Foundation for Research, Development, and Application of Composite Materials) using advanced artificial intelligence techniques. This tool focuses on predictive modeling, nonlinear control, and automated planning for complex industrial and business environments.

FIDAMC and AIRBUS announced the launch of the Manufacturing Technologies Incubator (MATI), an innovative initiative focused on the advancement and industrialization of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. Its goal was to revolutionize aerospace manufacturing by driving innovation in automation, advanced processes, and digitalization. This project involved incubating new technologies and smart manufacturing solutions.
