Led by Carlos III University of Madrid, this advanced research initiative is primarily focused on the digital transformation of neurosurgery, integrating artificial intelligence solutions into every link of the surgical value chain to optimize clinical decision-making and improve patient safety. <\/p>\n<p>From a technical standpoint, the project employs deep learning models and convolutional neural networks specialized in the spatial and temporal analysis of video for the automatic detection of surgical phases and the proactive identification of anatomical structures in real time within the operating room.
